We were privileged to have welcomed the Wales Economy Minister Vaughan Gething to our Indigo HQ on Thursday 21st October 2021. The Minister was accompanied by local Senedd Constituency Member for Newport East, John Griffiths.

The visit was in the same week that the Minister reassured young people that their future lies in Wales.

Young people do not have to “get out” of Wales to “get on”.

His powerful message is backed up by our latest announcement of 150 jobs being created in the next 12 months. There will be a further 300 positions planned over three years across the UK and Ireland.

Your Future at Indigo

Minister Vaughan Gething and John Griffiths visit Indigo HQ

The future is bright for Welsh workers, and Indigo will use local labour and talent to engineer a digital future. We have roles for both highly experienced and inexperienced people. We work with government and private training companies to skill up younger workers. Our highly knowledgeable engineers train up new engineers through our apprenticeship and graduate programmes.

It’s our talent that drives our success. And we are committed to your development which is reflected in our Investors in People Gold Accreditation. Not only that we are committed to being an Armed Forces Friendly company. We are very proud that we not only employ a number of ex-service personnel right across our business, but we will also offer real support to employees who have chosen to volunteer to serve in the Reserve Forces.

We collaborate, challenge, research, and develop to enable our customers to stay ahead of emerging and expanding technologies. With the brightest minds and leading technical insights in the business, we design to innovate, build to evolve, and support to enhance the performance of data centres, fibre, network services, wireless / 5G. Our staff do this better, faster, and more safely than any other player in the market.

Our success as a company is down to the talent of our people

All our employees actively drive forward our young and thriving industry. We move faster than the speed of progress. By fostering great ideas and great relationships with each other and our clients, we nurture integrity to work respectfully and transparently. And we capture our workplace culture of shared success and mutual encouragement.
