Indigo is pleased to announce that it has been selected by Epsilon Telecommunications Ltd to deliver pan-European support including spares and logistics management.
The contract award which commenced with effect from 1st October 2015 and will run for one year and will involve 24/7 on-site support services across 8 European countries including, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain and Switzerland.
All of Indigo’s field activity support will be run and managed via Indigo’s Network Operations Centre (NOC) based in Caldicot, South Wales. The NOC will also coordinate and manage all spares and logistics movements from multiple depots across the countries in question.
